How You Can Participate in Kids Fest
We welcome your participation in this community event!
Please consider one or more participation:
- Non Profit Organizations – Booth space available to provide guests with information of your services.
- Business Sponsors – Guests will have the opportunity to view the booths on display, and speak with the business representatives within the booths about the services their business provides.
- Food Partners/Food Trucks – Space available to provide demonstrations, samples and sell your fare. (must have your own Food Permit)
- Health/Wellness Organizations – Booth space available to provide on-site screening & information.
- Public Service Organizations – Bring the fire truck and police cars to educate our children on the importance of first responders in our community. Provide demos, Child ID, and Safety Information.
- Marketing & Media Partners – Help disseminate information/flyers about the event to your constituent groups, mention the event in your newsletter, and/or help spread the work by visiting our Facebook event page. (May be in-kind sponsorship)
- Entertainment Partners – Seeking entertainers, bands, dancers, groups, and street performers suitable for young audiences.
- Donation Partners – Seeking prizes, raffle items, bottled waters, gift cards, toys, books, giveaways and sponsorship dollars.
- Volunteer Partners – Help with planning, outreach, decorating and day of activities.
